Greetings from the Chef de Cuisine and Bon Appetit!
This picture was taken before my engagement as Executive Chef for the occasion of The Grand Opening Of The Mainstage Of The Historic Carolina Theatre Of Durham, North Carolina. It was a $200 a Plate New Orleans Style Fundraiser Buffet featuring Mandy Patinkin singing Broadway Songs on Stage and joining me in the kitchen afterwards for his own dinner so he could get away from his many admirers with the Chef protecting his privacy.
