DEVIL IN THE DETAILS / EARTH SPEAKS.
I live in a mystical and haunted realm of woods where I can sense the rain dances of the ancestors in late Summer evenings and sometimes Mother Nature speaks to me quite directly in ways only She can choose. Almost a month ago I was somehow summoned to get my camera and take pictures of a fire I had just built. As photography is one of my artistic passions I followed my more cultivated instinct and took several photographs while encircling the fire. Considerably later I decided to see what I had captured…and here it is. Unbeknownst to me (while I was immersed in taking several pictures of the fire) it had actually morphed into the form of a being complete with a head and stick-figure shoulder and arms and waist and legs and feet. My translation of the image is that we are living in a time of the DEVIL IN THE DETAILS and had better keep our intuitions strong and our spirits stronger to navigate what lies ahead in an age in which TRUTH has become politicized and PROPAGANDA is our daily bread…and EARTH SPEAKS A WARNING.
